This is to advise all members of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Springwood Boys & Girls Club.
The details of this meeting are as follows:

- Nomination for Board 2024 form which can either be returned to

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- Find out about Springwood Boys & Girls Club’s operationsand finances;
- Speak about any items/reports on the agenda;
- Any other resolutions proposed;
- and election of our 2023 committee.
We welcome your attendance at this year’s AGM and would appreciate it if you could RSVP here by Friday 19th July 2024 and also let us know if you are an apology.
Important Note – Looking For Some Help/ Volunteers:
We are also in need of some additional support this year for the future of the club.
The running of the club has depended on any small or big contribution from our members so any help you can give would be
